At ZHIM Leather Creations, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 07 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging, with tags attached where applicable
  • Free from damage, marks, odours, or signs of use
  • Supported with a receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase

Please include your order number, full name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns must be approved by us before being sent back. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at:

Please include clear photos or videos of the issue so we can assess the problem and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or return label where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Special orders made specifically for the customer
  • Items that have been worn, used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty
  • Gift cards

Custom or personalised leather goods are made specifically for the customer and are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, colour, or item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment processor may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or production has started for a custom item, cancellation may not be possible.
